2 cups rotini pasta
1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided
2 cups broccoli florets (Can use frozen)
1/2 cup chopped green peppers (optional)
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup crushed seasoned croutons
1. Toss pasta, ham, 1 cup cheese, broccoli and green peppers together in a large mixing bowl; combine miracle whip and milk; stir into pasta mixture until everything is coated.
2. Pour pasta mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan; top with croutons & remaining cheese.
3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
